Since 2002, Christa has been delivering dynamic, interactive team development trainings for institutions of higher learning, corporations and non-profit organizations.

Her focus in experiential learning powerfully connects participants with each other and to skills in team dynamics, personal growth, collaborative goal-achievement and leadership.

Christa graduated cum laude from Paier College of Art. She is certified in Dialogue Education and is an adjunct professor of Adventure Education at NWCC. She loves working with newly formed groups, teams in transition, leadership teams and with developing cohorts.

Through connection building, Christa helps teams craft blueprints for success during orientation activities, RA/leadership trainings, administrative retreats and active cohort coaching.
