Joe Groves

Joe Groves brings over 30 years of experience in the form of engaging corporate team development trainings, fun and interactive university team building workshops, and outdoor adventure education.

His varied career and life experiences include roles as an Outward Bound Instructor, corporate trainer, adjunct faculty member in the education department at CCSU, Colorado river raft and fishing guide, World Cup Ski championship mountain host and Track and Field Coach at the 2002 North American Indigenous Games.

Joe is a professional member of the Association for Experiential Education and the Connecticut Challenge Course Professionals. He holds a degree in Adventure Based Counseling from UCONN and has delivered over 250 college and university trainings since 1995. His innovative experiential techniques and positive charismatic personality are the major strength of his facilitation skills.
