Speed Networking

Speed Networking is a series of fun, interactive get-to-know-you activities, and challenges that encourage group discussions. They are explicitly designed to promote camaraderie and enhance relationships among students, faculty, and administrators!

The event starts with a fun, fast-paced group energizer such as Categories or a 25 Statement Signature Hunt. Then all participants will report to a pre-assigned starting table to meet their table-mates and engage in a 15-minute activity designed to immerse them in a fun shared challenge or activity.

After the first challenge/activity has been completed, teams will celebrate their success, and then participants will be moved to different tables to form new table groups based on a previously established matrix. This mix will ensure that everyone is meeting and interacting with as many participants as possible.

Throughout the program, participants will continue to network, rotating to new table groups, and completing new tasks, all while engaging in activities that may include Word Ladder, Card System, and Tower Build. Each challenge creates positive energy in the room, as all tables are filled with lively conversation.

Each new activity completed starts another rotation that opens doors to new relationship building and the strengthening of existing bonds. This program is high-speed collegiate networking at its best! Speed Networking is a perfect stand-alone activity or suitable to be delivered at a luncheon, dinner, or other gatherings.

To ensure a great experience, aspects of these networking activities may be modified for your group size, group makeup, time available, and other variables.

Since you like this program, you may also consider Virtual Speed Networking as a remote option!
