Total Recall is a challenging and multi-faceted team building event that requires each team to replicate a pre-built structure by using only verbal descriptions and high-quality information transfer skills through a chain of conversations.
Sub-teams of 5 will be assigned specific roles while working together to replicate a pre-built structure – to be assembled in a different location - utilizing excellent verbal communication skills only through a chain of conversations!
We start this interactive initiative with an initial paired activity, which will showcase to the participants the principles of precise 2-way communication.
After creating teams of 5, we then have each team member choose from the various roles, each one critical to success! The looker is the only person who can see the original structure, the purchaser must purchase the correct materials in the proper amounts, the runners (2 required) must pass information in real-time between all of the other roles, and the builder must attempt to replicate the original structure based on the runners' instructions.
Those teams that can communicate clearly and apply the concepts of effective 2-way communication may come remarkably close to mirroring the original structure!
With today's university students, faculty, and administrators relying more and more on technology-based communication, this interactive and fast-paced workshop will drive home critical lessons that can be applied immediately to enhance direct person-to-person communication.
Since you like this program, you may also consider Virtual Mind Games as a remote option!
This program can be delivered as a Hybrid Event.
